I've been quiet for a while. Not many updates, a few favorites here and there. But quiet.

I won't rant or whine much, I've already done that by staying up late waay past what is considered to be healthy (4:00 woot woot) for a few weeks. Thus getting a cold.
Some occasional gloom (and frequent sickness) is just a side note of being an artist (or just plain teen angst).
Either way, I'm back now.

Partly because I just got a wireless remote and a freaking amazing 100mm macro lens for my camera today...ahahaha...

And, partly because I have been invited to participate in a photoshoot for the lovely band, Métisse! My friend, Alena (the one you see in most of my pictures) is taught piano by one of the members of the band, and he introduced me to my first (official?) job. Very exciting stuff, I'm really looking forward to it. A bit nervous, yes, because I honestly don't want to screw this up. Métisse is a local band (haha, more info for any potential stalkers out there! ), and they sound absolutely awesome!

So, resulting photos from that future shoot will definitely be posted.

And since I've gotten my new lens and remote, I've been feeling a familiar tingling in my shutter finger...
